Project Info:

A big project like the DM feature on PathForward is never really complete per se. After the initial launch, lots of little tasks like this one pop up; the ability for a user to send a DM from the psychic's bio page.

I personally love working on things like this; something that seems very simple but the devil really is in the details. Do users expect/desire the ability to send a DM from the Our Psychics page or just the bio page? Is this new kid in town DM button really deserving of the same attention as the phone and chat buttons? Speaking of chat ... how do we differentiate between a chat reading and sending a DM?

After peeling back the layers of the DM onion, I was left with a seamless experience. Customers can now ask thier favorite psychic about what affect the lunar eclipse is having on them — right from the bio page.
