After the direct message feature was fleshed out for Psychic Source, I was tasked with tailoring it for PathForward; a new brand with a younger customer base.

There are a lot of pros involved in designing for a squeaky new brand with a 21-32 target customer; but there were some significant cons to keep in mind as well. The fact that when PathForward launched, DMs were free to send and receive. The experience wasn't exactly seamless or nice to interact with, but free nonetheless. I was concerned about being able to present the payment information in a concise way.
